Here's an audio link to an NPR interview with the American children's writer Daniel Pinkwater that I meant to post last week. This guy's a trip. I'm pretty sure he's entirely insane. My favorite lines: when asked about his mother he says, "She was awful in her way", and his father, "He wasn't mean, he was cruel. There's a difference."
